Because our collection consists of vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind furniture, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes before purchasing. If you have questions, please contact us prior to checkout—we’re happy to help.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged during transit
- The item was significantly misrepresented compared to the listing description
Minor wear, patina, finish variation, or age-related imperfections do not qualify as damage. These characteristics are inherent to vintage and antique pieces and are fully disclosed in listings.
Inspection Window
Buyers must inspect items within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging
- Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Items that do not fit through doorways or stairwells
- Items that do not match a buyer’s décor or expectations
- Custom, modified, or reupholstered pieces
- Items damaged after delivery
Measurements are provided—please measure carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received
- Improperly packed returns may be refused or partially refundedOriginal shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
