A cherry finish still has a nice sheen to it considering its age.The Kittinger Furniture Company, founded in 1866 in Buffalo, New York, is renowned for producing high-quality, handcrafted furniture. Originally focused on wood products, the company shifted to furniture production in the 1870s and gained prominence under the leadership of Ralph Kittinger, who purchased the business in 1913. Specializing in reproductions of 18th-century Colonial American furniture, Kittinger became known for its meticulous craftsmanship and exclusive partnership with Colonial Williamsburg.
